5. Don’t be afraid to take risks:
“In order to be successful, you have to be willing to take risks,” says Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos. “Don’t be afraid to fail, because it’s only through failure that you’ll learn and grow.” Tony Hsieh’s risk-taking has made him one of the most successful entrepreneurs of our time. Starting out as a Stanford computer science student, he quickly rose through the ranks of the tech industry, co-founding the internet advertising network Link Exchange.
6. Stay flexible:
“The ability to pivot is one of the most important skills a small business owner can have,” says John Brampton, entrepreneur and investor. “Things will never go exactly as planned, so you need to be flexible and adapt as needed.” why not try this out there are a few reasons why this might not be a good idea. First, depending on the size of the company, it might not be possible to get everyone on board with the change.
